Scott Mannes is a Founding Member of The Norseman Group and concentrates his efforts in establishing standing institutional funding sources that can readily accommodate each type of Norseman Loan.  In addition, Mr. Mannes is in charge of loan pricing and negotiating with investors key provisions such as pre-payment, assumption, transfer, and reserve requirements.  Mr. Mannes also periodically undertakes Lead Banker responsibilities primarily for institutional-level clients such as REITs, fund managers, and large-scale transactions requiring syndicated financing. The Norseman Group, LLC 800 Lanidex Plaza Suite 110 Parsippany, NJ 07054 Tel:  973.947.0303 Fax: 973.947.0319 smannes@norsemangroup.com Prior to joining the Norseman Group in 2003, Mr. Mannes co-founded Drawbridge Capital in 2001 to provide financial advisory services to the specialty finance industry.  These services included providing mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate finance expertise and advice to consumer and commercial finance and mortgage banking companies.  Prior to founding Drawbridge Capital LLC, Mr. Mannes was the Co-President of ContiFinancial Services Corporation.  While at ContiFinancial, Mr. Mannes was responsible for managing the merchant banking and capital markets operations for the company, including the acquisition of assets and specialty finance companies to promote the company's securitization activities.  Mr. Mannes was also responsible for managing ContiFinancial's interests in affiliate residential and commercial mortgage companies. In addition to the above, Mr. Mannes has an extensive amount of capital markets experience securitizing residential and commercial mortgage loans and other asset classes.  Prior to joining ContiFinancial in 1990, Mr. Mannes spent 7 years with Financial Guaranty Insurance Company developing the first financial guaranties used in sub-prime mortgage loan securitizations. Mr. Mannes is a Trustee of American Mortgage Acceptance Company, an AMEX listed multifamily mortgage REIT and a Director and Treasurer of Herbert G.
