Houman Esmailpour
Houman Esmailpour is a member of the origination team at The Norseman Group. Mr. Esmailpour has experience with a variety of financing transactions, including the Norseman Credit Tenant Note (CTN), the Zero-Coupon Tenant Note (ZTN), and acquisition financing. To meet client needs, Mr. Esmailpour coordinates with senior lenders to structure senior mortgage debt for high and low leverage net-lease transactions.

Prior to joining The Norseman Group, Mr. Esmailpour consulted Hamedani's Enterprises, Inc., a medium-sized general construction company that performs mainly public works contracts and large property development projects. Before consulting, Mr. Esmailpour worked with Feldman & Associates, Inc., a law firm that concentrates its work on government contracts, real estate, and construction law.

Mr. Esmailpour graduated from New York University's LL.M. Taxation Program. Mr. Esmailpour completed a variety of tax law courses, touching on almost every tax field, including Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges.

Throughout his J.D. studies at Syracuse University, Mr. Esmailpour focused his attention on transactional matters. Mr. Esmailpour received the highest final examination grade in his Real Estate Transaction class and completed a Commercial Property Contract Drafting Seminar. Mr. Esmailpour concluded his legal studies as a student-attorney for the Securities & Arbitration Clinic (SAC), where he represented clients in an arbitral forum.

Mr. Esmailpour also earned an M.P.A. degree from the prestigious Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs where he enrolled in courses such as Managerial Economics, Advanced Statistics, Public Budgeting, Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis, and State & Local Finance. Mr. Esmailpour's economics background dates back to his undergraduate studies, where he completed coursework in Micro & Macro Economics, International Economics, and Calculus I & II.
