Stefanie Hermann is a member of the origination team at the firm and primarily
devotes her energies to financial modeling in support of client transactions
that require optimization of their capital structure in order to meet deal and
proceeds objectives. In addition, Ms. Hermann lends her time to underwriting,
due diligence, and closing efforts in connection with more complicated multi-tier
debt structures in order to assure streamline execution.

Prior to joining The Norseman Group, Ms. Hermann was an Assistant Project Manager at The Gale Company, a global and diversified real estate services company. Her responsibilities included financial analyses and market research for several large scale development projects which has contributed to her strong understanding regarding site acquisition and municipal permitting, construction planning, tenant leasing, ownership goals, property management, and asset disposition processes.
Ms. Hermann received a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. This accelerated, intense one-year program focuses on concept development, financial analysis, public policy, and enterprise management. Ms. Hermann has completed a variety of courses including real estate finance, real estate law, asset management, and market analysis.
Before pursuing her master's degree, Ms. Hermann was an Assistant Vice President at U.S. Trust, a private wealth management firm. She was responsible for the integrity of the rate of returns for over 7,000 institutional and high net worth individual accounts. She calculated and published the firm's investment product specific and GIPSŪ composites. From October 1999 through January 2004, Ms. Hermann was a Senior Associate at Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management.
