Michael Davison is a member of Norseman's origination team and splits his time between sourcing senior mortgage financing and modeling financial structures that achieve client objectives. Mr. Davison has experience with a variety of financing transactions, including the Norseman Credit Tenant Note (CTN), the Zero-Coupon Tenant Note (ZTN), and acquisition financing. To meet client needs, Mr. Davison coordinates with senior lenders to structure senior mortgage debt involving high and low leverage, intricate structuring requirements, and complex lease provisions. His group focused their efforts on providing financial counseling for high net worth individuals. Prior to his employment with Goldman Sachs's financial counseling unit, Mr. Davison worked for the law firm of Porzio, Bromberg, and Newman, one of New Jersey's largest law firms. Mr. Davison earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law in 2004. While attending Rutgers Law, he focused his studies on transactional matters. While at Rutgers, Mr. Davison interned with the Honorable Judith H. Wizmur of the United States Bankruptcy Court. In addition to his legal studies, Mr. Davison has also completed MBA level coursework.
